O'Connell Developing, LLC is a family owned and operated custom home builder, designing and building single-family homes, town homes and commercial properties. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, O'Connell Developing prides itself on bringing you the finest luxury homes crafted at the highest quality.
O’Connell Developing’s projects are in the Wake, Chatham and Johnston counties. While our home and remodeling construction has also expanded into the Topsail Beach area.
Brian O’Connell—Founder & Owner.
Brian founded O’Connell Developing 18 years ago and holds a true passion for the entire home building process. Brian himself oversees the entire process from land development to home construction. Brian holds three license classifications; unlimited building, public utilities/water and sewer, and highway.
Nicole O’Connell—Marketing & Client Relations
While Nikki has always been involved with O’Connell Developing, she most recently began working full time in 2021. Nikki oversees all the marketing and social media relations and is excited to begin working directly with clients during the building process. Prior to working with O’Connell Developing, Nikki spent 15 years at a local volleyball cub serving as a coach, a mentor and the recruiting director.
Brian along with his wife, Nikki and their two daughters reside in Cary, NC.
